The financial report needs to include the financial impact of the valuation of the Series C preferred Stock from an independent valuation firm. It won't be available until the end of the week, so the report is being bumped to the 22nd. Compliance is a must. It's not a bad thing. It happens even with well established larger companies. IMHO, it just gives us more time to buy. NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING
