I'd like to add one more point about emailing Coates. Some of the PR's you have recently read were spurred on by some of us emailing Coates with questions. For instance, the last PR about the testing results, the article said that he was releasing the info because of so many requests from stockholders. So while you may not always get a direct reply, it doesn't mean your email goes unnoticed.
