I ... again...tend to disagree. But....there is no mention of executive orders in the Constitution. If I am wrong there....I apologize....but I have not seen any reference to such.
I believe that all executive order lie within the Congress after the fact. So....it is not on the President...it is on the law makers...be it CONGRESS by means of override.
It is the Congress that violates said area(by means of their oath)...not the President.
