Ha!....well.....again.... I tend to disagree. Again...I get the argument. I tend to have more faith in the Supreme Court than possibly most individuals. The funny thing is that Democrats and Republicans as a whole would collectively disagree with my stance.
You would have to study a very large sample of judgements....but more importantly....the "opinions". Here's a great study area on the matter:

But the most important thing to consider is this. > If such debate over political affiliations among the Supreme Court is valid...then the entire Supreme Court is invalid. It's as simple as that...and quite frankly............... SCARRY
