Not all that difficult with a Anti-justice depart

Not all that difficult with a Anti-justice department doing the "investigating" - If it ain't black this DOJ just not interested in it. MY CONSITITUTION MATTERS.
This DOJ is just as much a fraud as the IRS and the occupier of the White House.
And that's exactly the 'foil hat' conspiracy nonsense I'm talking about.
Obama has never been viewed as a 'legitimate' president by many Republicans. McConnell vowed to make his number one priority to insure that Obama was a one term president. Funny. I thought legislation was his job description.
In any case voter fraud on the scale you imagine would certainly come under local scrutiny, particularly in the many States with Republican governors.
As for you allegation that he DOJ 'isn't interested if it isn't black'?
I'd say there was an equal 'dis-interest' in prosecuting, convicting and incarcerating 'white'!

For his part, Holder has recently defended the administration’s record of not prosecuting any individual financial executive involved in the financial crisis. He says the fines the administration has assessed against financial institutions were effective.
“People tend to undervalue what we did with the banks,” Holder told the Financial Times. “Given the nature of the penalties that were extracted, given the interactions that we had with people at the banks, with those attorneys who represented the banks, I think the cultures have changed.”
Left unexplained is how those cultures have supposedly changed when many of the same individuals who were involved in the financial crisis have managed to avoid any punishment.
