Coujoe62, I think the paid bashers have under estimated not only managements wherewithal and resilience but its integrity and determination. As we all know one cofounder Mike Jaynes is a retired attorney with 20 plus years in practice. As a state employee, Assistant Public Defender to Tennessee Supreme Court he made many friend. As the toxic debt lawsuit unfolds (my personal opinion) KBM would be foolish not to settle before 3 May, 2016. Just because KBM settles the suit don’t mean management can’t go after these bashers.
There are really 2 issues at hand; first being (FINRA) violation of usury law and second being (SEC) violation of stock manipulation. Hangover Joe’s management has selected a knowledgeable proven legal team capable of dissecting KBM’s ill intent.
If people want to listen to the likes of IG, JS, and their other allies on IHub so be it. It doesn’t stop the daily growth of “our” company. As with every good business plan there are events, hurdles or obstacles to overcome. Hangover Joe’s Management has overcome many as we know, PLN debacle most noted. Look at all the great things management has done reference post 2551 below by Steve Rogers. Great companies are not built overnight referenced below is a strong foundation. Additionally, many great things are happening, by legal advice or to eliminate insider trading violation both SMS and Hangover Joe’s management has reframed on releasing great news. I used the word “our” above because for many long term investors this company will be health changing in time. Short term investors will come and go like the wind, when they look back they’ll see they overlooked a forest.
