an excellent question by j45 in his thoughtful analysis.
I'm not one of the conspiracy theorists , but this drop makes absolutely no sense whatsoever by use of any other explanation...particularly under these low volume market conditions. My thinking is in agreement w/ j45 , that this is a flagrant-intentional walk-down , orchestrated by parties unknown for (what I would consider) obvious intentions. In trying to rationalize this event , it occurs to me that a high roller (or a group thereof) would stand to profit handsomely by selling-off a portion of their holdings , that they bought for .05cents , & then later sold at this artificially lower level. They'd still make a 100% gain , while at the same time , driving down the PPS with the intention of starting a panic sell-off , all so they could buy back even stronger at even lower levels. This tactic could logically be made all the easier by the neutral volume of QTMM stock being offered for sale lately. All while knowing that a strong showing is just around the corner. "Who" exactly , I know-not for sure , but I think I've got a pretty good idea who is leading this...he as much as admitted it the other day by sympathizing with daytraders.
Sure hope it backfires on the slimeballs....they aren't getting one red cent of mine !
On the flip-side , this would be a great time for institutional buyers on the sidelines that know the potential of this company to buy-in bigtime...subsequently bringing the stock to higher highs.
