I wasn't invested back then, but I would imagine that ntek didn't have the infrastructure in place, nor were they in the market position to put a formal plan together to uplist. Now they are at the point of growing significantly and being more than just a fledgling company.
I think it's make or beak time and they need to get this one right from a financial positioning standpoint. Secure the necessary financing/investment on terms that are favorable to them as they have an explosive revenue forecast and can improve cash flows to gain additional content and pay off financing near to mid term as opposed to being held back with toxic debt.
I think a 25 cent company at ~$4M market cap with an OS of 17.5 million (post RS of 100 to 1) having quarterly revenues of $5M plus coming out this month sets up nicely for attracting key investors.
When the stock was at .17 years ago, the OS was a couple of hundred million I believe? The company could burst higher with a very low float and never look back, but they need to get this right. I don't think there's another chance after this.
