While I wasn't around to monitor all that happened today think TPAC held up pretty well.
As to the following questioned by smartmoney, I don't have any more information than was made public by Bill through tweets Feb. 2nd:
"I would like to see discussion here on what potential revenues and benefits lay within the partnership of Projen & TPAC. Also, these target acquisitions that the company is seeking - what will these acquisitions provide for the company?"
I don't believe Bill can speak of acquisitions and potential numbers at this point ... that's info that would come through 8Ks (material events) and/or financial filings.
But it seems like Lifan Shijun Group is a fairly large and reputable truck company in China with their Projen being their newest state-of-the-art truck.
Following is an interesting article from July 2015:
The Projen high-end heavy-duty truck of Lifan will hit the market at the end of this year with State-V emissions standards-compliant models available then. The Projen high-end light truck will also hit the market in August this year.
