And Etrade has an executive say: Yes we have the certs your looking for....sending you a paper copy without "RESTRICTIVE LEGEND".
Just an Fyi...when you call them and request a stock certificate....make sure they send you a REAL one and for the shares you requested. They really like to do their own thing... and that thing is very very schetch to say the least.
Yeah I remember this happening on another Signature stock...
