I think that it is essentially moot. I feel that the play is to discourage individuals via uncertainty. Similar to the Clinton dilemma ... but near as serious .... penalty wise. By the way....no one talked about the debate last night...........I forgot it was on..and given the PBS climate...sure I did not miss one thing. I like PBS .. but not in this type of space obviously.
