As far as Bill's recent being MIA I'm thinking he knows that 10 is going to get scrutinized hard and heavy, as it should be, and many will not like what is in it. It is my hope though that he has already calculated that would be the markets response and that he has counter measures already in place to follow up with. In other words lets hope he strategically made a conscience decision to withhold all the catalyst until after the 10 filing could be absorbed and put behind what really matters and that is what is still outfront.
