While I don’t post often, I have been following the exciting story of Medizone for many years, checking into this board occasionally, enjoying the excitement of other investors as well as concerns. In looking at recent posts, I ran out and bought a shotgun, length of rope, footstool, several bottles of pills and map to the nearest bridge. Before acting on any of those impulses however, I took a minute to read the latest announcements from the company to find these recent facts:
No updates will be made until they are prudent and have happened. First working machines have been sold and delivered to C3. Hospital trials are due to commence. Past supplier issues have been resolved as a new supplier is in place…which looks quite capable based on their other clients. Final regulatory approval expected for US by this January with European soon following. Clearance for sale has already been achieved for Canada and New Zealand. Quarter 1 2013 expected sales of 40 machines which are expected to increase from there. Dr Zoutman continues to lecture and has actually shared excitement that he has picked up from his peers with us. The company is transforming finally from a R&D company to a company with sales. Tests have proved log kills of Anthrax surrogate as well as 6 log kills of MRSA, C Difficile, E Coli, Psude…and quite a few other long words including the relevant Listeria and Salmonella and TB within 30 minutes. There have been delays…most recently because of supplier issues which have been corrected. An expert has been added to the team to work on distribution tactics and new audit firm hired to handle changing dynamics as sales ramp up. These are all facts presented by identified company officials.
During just the last couple of weeks, annomous posts suggest to all including potential investors without proof: The credibility of those working toward this dream should be questioned. Those who bought the machines are biased (really? After spending that kind of money they believe?) Maybe they did a bit more research than the posters here. When mzei fails, there won’t be any run kits for the working machines. New management is needed immediately. Availability of run kits is a problem. Owners of the first machines are sitting on things. Posters from here, both positive and negative have actually called this customer? Really? Take the 30,000 foot look just for a minute. Neither hospitals or veterinary clinics want to buy. Bruces job has been eliminated. Tests can’t be funded, reorganization is needed, everyones investment is about to evaporate, nobody can prove machines are even being built or used…we need proof. Management has deceived us, resignations are needed now, Balzer should talk (really, the distribution guy?) Does the machine even work? My personal favorite after all this time. The company is sinking into oblivion. We only can rely on Balzers self proclaimed achievements, An accountant is accused of SPIN when an autidtor is changed…I could continue to go on ad nasueum but won’t.
And then blame Ed because the share price is down…… really?
There is much misleading information here posted without substantiation. Yes there have been delays and timing mis-steps but the story is intact and quite remarkable. Take a minute to re-read what has been announced by those who sign their names to what they write, and held accountable to those words, take a deep breath and know that when the stock hits $2.00 it will be Ed’s fault that it didn’t get to $4.00.
