at max NTEK double the O/S after the R/S so I
figure although the actual mkt cap is about $4M
here the market is pricing in an $8M mkt cap

Very confusing and factually incorrect. And what do you mean "I figure at max NTEK double the O/S after the R/S?" That statement by itself would lead someone to believe that YOU believe they will increase the share count, i.e. further dilute.
