..And in case anyone is wondering, the GAO document found in the last post states the following:
Spectra Science was included as one of the 102 companies in the report. This shows indeed, for anyone doubting, that the GAO recognizes SCIE's sales of their WavSTAT product.
Also, SCIE has FDA approval. The major thing holding this back right now is that SCIE updated their WavStat3 to the current model WavStat4. For the most part, whenever there is a change of design, a new PMA must be submitted. They anticipated filing a new PMA back in August 2015. That's 6 months ago. The last time they had to apply for a new PMA, it took, I believe, 58 days from submission of the application to its approval. It might have been 108 days, I'll find the letter when I get a free moment. The point is, they should be close to announcing the PMA approval.
SCIE already has the initial PMA approval (which can be read in the PR from September 2009). That's the great thing with SCIE. The FDA is very aware of their presence. We're not waiting for FDA approval. We're waiting for, among other things, for the new PMA approval to be released to the public.
Again, going off of the daily chart and watching it fluctuate from .001 to .0008 to .0005 to .001 might be enjoyable to some, but in reality, that's not where the company's attention is right now. We should be receiving a number of PR's throughout this year.
