If the K is indeed released on Tuesday, the only ones who will take issue will be "you know who" on the other site. Almost every K that I've seen has been released on the last day of the 15 days of the extension, sometimes at the last minute. I believe the K can be released as late as 5 PM ET on the 15th day and not be counted as late. So, we could go the entire trading day on Tuesday and not see anything until after hours.
