UPDATE: NTEK Investors Committee Group
I would like to first clarify what the committee group will be trying to accomplish for any NTEK individual investor that is willing to participate in.
As a group we will seek out and see if "and only if" each individual investor can LEGALLY, SAFELY and SECURELY, not losing control of their shares, loan its shares to the committee group. Again LEGALLY, SAFELY and SECURELY !!!
The object is to raise enough share that the group can seek out a private investor to invest capital to the group and using the shares as collateral. You are NOT DONATING your shares but loaning them to the committee group. A Committee Group that we all are equally a part of. The key is to raise enough shares to secure enough funding and loan NTEK with enough capital to reduce its float in half.
I last left off yesterday by saying that I would reach out to Dan Wong via email and with a phone call message. I was able to have a pleasant conversation with Dan , as I always have in many occasions in the past, late yesterday afternoon. He received my email that had my original post that was posted on the Investor Hangout yesterday.
He did find the concept interesting and creative but raised up the concern as other have on the board. He stated what investor will loan 2 million dollars to a group with only 20 million shares as collateral. I did state that I was only using those number as an example. I did mention to him that I was amazed on the responses that I've received from both publicly and privately from the message board.
He commended me and to all investors that are looking to protect there investments, stepping up, reaching out by helping believing and in the company
I ask Dan if he can speak with NTEK and get there feed back.
