I'm guessing the new president who hasn't been announced yet has written the latest shareholder letter. Completely different style than we are accustomed to, ie. professional, straightforward with no grammatical errors. He/she also refers to "previous management" who relied too heavily on convertible(toxic) debt. This person has a background in corporate finance.
