They must have a billion share short position because the David C Levy mix up with our CEO. I assume they were absolutely positive that TALK was a scam. Now they are hoping to freeze trading or some proof of pump n dump. TALK hasn't shown a profit yet but the CPD Mobile seems to be trying to count all the cash flying around there. The Revenue still qualifies as a valid valuation in a Price/Sales ratio. Although its less than a P/E Ratio, it still shows TALK undervalued by a factor of 10
