Great Wall Builders Ltd. (GWBU) Introduces New Chairman and Directors
MIAMI, FLORIDA--(Marketwire -05/01/12)- Great Wall Builders Ltd., ( GWBU.OB - News ), is pleased to announce the election of three (3) new members of its Board of Directors; Mssrs. Daniele Brazzi, Dominico Chiovitti and Jay Almeida. The following provides a brief description of the incoming Directors prior business experiences.
Mr. Daniele Brazzi, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Brazzi is an innovative inventor with an extensive background in general electronics, electrical engineering, and applied electronics. Over the span of his career, he has collaborated in new technology development with many prestigious automotive electronics brands, such as Sony, Kenwood, Clarion and Alpine. Previously, he also developed products in the medical sector; including bio-resonance technology used for the treatment of pathogens, eye scanners to detect early disease in the human body, and has participated in the development of precise orthopaedic equipment for the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute of Bologna.
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Brazzi has been involved in the research and development of combustion engine technologies, specifically in the reduction of engine emissions. His most recent experience has led him to develop the Start Fuel Efficiency and Emissions Device (FEED), which boasts more than 800 installations worldwide. The Start FEED unit is the only combustion engine emission reduction technology available which received the approval of the Italian Minister of Transport and passed strict government tests for effectiveness and safety.
Dr. Jay Almeida, Board Member
After a successful career in the banking industry, Mr. Almeida moved to the USA in 1989. Since 1990, Mr. Almeida has served as the President and CEO of PHN Group. PHN Group is an international business group of 5 companies involved with foreign trade (importation, exportation, business representations, international business consulting, trade finance, and security technology) in all Latin America, Caribbean and European countries. In 1999, he was nominated as Ambassador of Commerce of Florida for all Latin America and Caribbean countries. He is currently President & CEO of the Rotory Club of Miami and the International Business Council (IBC) of Florida.
Mr. Almeida graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in economics. In addition, he graduated as an engineer from Universidad Santa Ursula, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mr. Almeida also has a Master degree in Marketing from Universidad de Chile, Santiago, Chile and a PhD in Engineering Economics from Bonn University, Germany. Mr. Almeida is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Mr. Dominico Chiovitti, Board Member
From 1967 to 1992, Mr. Chiovitti was a Senior Chemist and supervisor of the Petro Canada Laboratory in Montreal, Canada. During his career, Mr. Chiovetti controlled and researched several new products, specifically Vanadium Pentoxyde derived from fly ash. Mr. Chiovetti was responsible in the design and development of a method to control CO & CO2 levels for industrial gas discharges into the environment, while collaborating with the Center of Emissions Control.
Mr. Chiovitti is a member of the Order of Chemists since 1979 and graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1967.
