Last month I was heavy into another stock and after the stock fell from $4 to .10, everyone was calling for sub penny next. Reason being they had a terrible convertible debt deal and so they expected it to just fall into the abyss. I on the other hand figured out to the day when that deal would be done, and even though the OS went up a ton during the deal, a buy opp was there as soon as that black cloud of mystery was out in the open. I made 6 figures on that in a day.
Same here. Short term, now that the mystery of a RS is out in the open, it can trade on its own merits for the time being until the RS takes place. It has fallen 75% just in the past few weeks. It has been priced in. Dilution has slowed. This is a buy opp.
Now, when will they do the RS? I don't know. I am guessing a few weeks? Until then I expect this to get back to the 4ish to 5ish area. After that? Who knows, but I won't be in it. Long term? Reverse splits are terrible 98% of the time.
