Nice letter except the r/s part, but, we probably will own the same percentage in the company after the r/s as we did before so in theory nothing has changed. I can't wait for more details. Please if you have constructive questions about the details ask Dan at Town Hall or his NTEK IR, the more answers we can get now the better.
80% of the convertible debt reduced is great to hear since some believe the convertible debt was our number one hindrance. Sounds like they had been hashing this plan for months, good to put it behind us. I'm sure they learned their lesson and found better financing options. Reset...
Also major studio deals coming, we heard this before and I don't think any longs doubted that they would get these deals complete.
Anyone know how soon the r/s will reflect on our accounts?
