Respectfully disagree that a 20:1 RS is needed. That would bring the share structure to around a 90 million. 10:1 would bring us to 180 million, and 5:1 would bring us to a manageable 360 million. Either 5:1 or 10:1 would be reasonable, but anything higher would lead me to believe that they are only intersted in further dilution... Hence rinse and repeat.... I really hope that is not the case.
