Been following NTEK for a little while. this fund raising idea caught my eye. But to raise $2 million dollars, at today's price would take 740 million shares. Private bankers loan rich folks 50% on NYSE shares. How many shares pledged as collateral would a lender require to provide $2 million in financing?
