To All Serious NTEK Investors
I will be contacting Dan Wong this morning to inform him that I am working on putting together a NTEK SHAREHOLDERS INVESTMENT COMMITTEE GROUP.
I will be seeking serious NTEK investors that may be interested and willing to be a part of this committee group and loan the group a potion of there share to use for collateral to secure a 2 Million dollar loan. The objective is to loan NTEK the money and reduce and retire 1 billion shares of the float.
I will be the first as part of this group to loan 1 million of my NTEK shares and I will also be willing to use any of my NTGL Shares that are coming due from the spinoff.
The object is to get enough serious investors to raise 20 million Shares to secure $2 million dollar note.
THE STIPULATION OF NOTE:
The lender will receive $2 million back once the share price hits $.50 with a 10% gain after the $2 million is paid back.
Example....
The group raises 20 million share X $.50= $10,000,000 minus $2,000,000 payback to lender = $8,000,000 @ 10% = $800,000 to lender ... Balance $7,200,000 belongs to group.
NTEK guarantees one of our committee group member that we elect a seat on the board.
NTEK agrees to not dilute any shares until share price is over $.50
