Definitely executive officers salaries are embedded in g/a expense; also a chunk of g/a are commissions.. some might think it is included in cogs but not..if they did resign and maybe forgo any accrual salaries, the company could have offered a compensation arrangement that was much less. Executive salaries are also embedded in the accrual expense sitting on bal sheet. If was eliminated could definitely affect bal sheet and p/l statement favorably.. I think the closing date was before January..imo..
