Seems there is a fairly large group of folks (not saying you included) that are known to be part of the manipulating group that tries at every corner to survey the crowd and get potential reactions. It is a tactic that has work very well as Cellceutix has been very open and informing in a very "easy to anticipate" manner.
My opinion is that the company has a plan in place now and has lined their ducks in a row so that said group will not be ready, it has already started to show. I think once the case is dismissed(which could technically be any day or shortly after Rosen response, depends on how much time the judge has to waste) there is going to be a snowball effect. Old investors are going to get re-energized, new investors will be coming in by the boat loads and the manipulators will have to sit on the sidelines for awhile. Shorts will be looking for close to 1 million shares and with the sellers potentially sitting the sidelines now, there will not be very many cheap shares to grab.
This is all in my opinion of course, the bashers will be trying everything they can to stay in control, it is what they do. The have very weak personalities that will resort to name calling and 13 year old attacks on folks, you have to understand they have to be at least slightly mentally ill to play that game.
Cellceutix is paying for the Sullivan mostly with options at $1.70, why would Sullivan even consider that? They see everything going on, they have more information than any of us could imagine.... Watch the investors that were able to hang on through this shot storm win!!!
