Atlas the .10 per share offer was mentioned by several SH that attended the Aug SH meeting. Specifically Alan Stone stated a .10 offer had been conveyed and that there were three different company offers. One of those came from a Chinese company, Samsung and a 3rd unnamed entity.
Also I only meant to say strategic partners that would fund our expansion for a percentage stake in NTEK thus ending our need for further dilution
