Here's the problem. An R/S at this point completely wipes out any value of shares purchased before this point. No one would vote for that and they say the proxy is still coming.

Take a look at the NTGL transaction. Look at what River North offers.

Then we're on Apple T.V. this was vaguely acknowledge as "we will get an update then we can talk Apple tv"

I have a portfolio of bad penny investments, and I bought way higher than .01 but there's to much going on to think we're selling shares to survive.

Also I'm still waiting for the old CEO to dump.
