Most likely, but you don't know that for sure. Judge just might see it for what it is: ambulance chasing pricks out to screw somebody out of money by filing an unmitigated lawsuit. What judge would overturn a ruling to dismiss on this bogus case??? Rosen is so screwed. Mako, Seeking Alpha, and the short syndicate is also. Just a matter of time. Can I buy stock in Ashcroft/Sullivan?
