Exactly! Besides, if this was just a filing to correct the AS or OS wouldn't a simple 8A or 8k suffice rather then an 8-A12g? $TPAC....By the way, yes I am a long. I was in since trips, and sold on the 1st or 2nd day of the run, but I must confess (way too early.) Then bought back in with some of the profits because I have to much confidence in TPAC!
