$TPAC Aside from a few days of panic, there is no reason that this will be trading any differently than it has been. Bill did not increase the SS, so the supply is the same as it has been. The 8-k's have been correct, so he has been a man of his word. This is a paperwork error, not an issue of fraudulence. The guy has been traveling back and forth to China, meeting with Fortune 500 companies such as AVIC and Boeing(Boeing is #27 on F500 list), negotiating acquisitions and financing, filing paperwork, monitoring the factory and the progress of the purchase orders, speaking at conferences, creating presentations for Boeing, beginning our segue into automotive via Jason Wenig, securing our position as the only bearing supplier to a major aerospace supplier, beginning to discuss a potential partnership with Projen, going back and forth with lenders and accountants, negotiating terms for future deals, making phone calls and sending emails continuously, speaking with shareholders via phone/email/Twitter, plus eating, sleeping and having some minimal semblance of a personal life. The guy made a mistake, or possibly, a mistake was even made by the transfer agent. If there is one thing I can say with certainty, it's that each and every one of us on here make mistakes. Why is Bill any less human? Perfection is ingrained in our egos but not in our DNA. None of us are so smart that we are immune to error. It's just not a realistic expectation and a bar so high that none can reach.
All of this said, people are going to do what they feel is right for them. I am not even thinking of selling a single share. I have a vision as to where this is going and do not see this as being a deal breaker. I have seen plenty of dishonest CEO's and plenty of incompetent ones who mismanage companies. Bill is neither. You don't get NAVAIR in record time and minimal funds by being incompetent, nor do you admit your mistakes publicly with no shifting of blame if dishonest. Let the man do his job and concentrate on his business. In the meantime, do as you want with your shares as it is your business, but do not be overcome by emotions when logic is there as a counterbalance. We had a glitch with Timken over the summer and it fell from .0014 to the mid .000's; my entry was .0004. I did not panic then(and we've since hit .0072), and I'm not going to panic now. It may dip but there are enough of us here now that see the big picture to know that it will return and will purchase accordingly.
