Slogged through the whole thing. Sullivan did a great job. I cannot imagine that a busy judge would put a case on the docket that has been proven to be bogus.
Expecting notice of dismissal the second the judge has time to read this.
I hope that any remaining shorts, or former shorts who now want to be long (look at the lieHump board to see the former shorts professing love for CTIX) are left on the sidelines, trying to cover as the share price zooms upward.
What Sullivan did was WORTH a million options to buy CTIX at 1.70.
