Yes M3 I will sleep fine too. Furthermore, he would have to follow up with a 14D-1 if the reason is an acquisition. Now everybody and their mother is gonna hit him up on twitter, phone, and email. But, the SEC regulations are very strict. Not to mention, how the TIMKEN situation went down. So he will not be able to say anything. Not even a broad statement like "14d soon" because that would fall under the regulations. So wait or don't wait. As for me I'm waiting. We all know it's a gamble in the OTC but remember why were all here in the 1st place! We took a chance, because the DD is good, we had confidence. IMO, hands are week if bailing today or tomorrow! Lol
