Kennedy Wholesale had been a family owned business since 1939. In June 2006 it was acquired by Trepco Imports & Distribution, LTD a family owned business. Trepco Import & Distribution, LTD companies are Trepco Sales Co. Inc, Trepco West and Kennedy Wholesale, Division of Trepco. Trepco Sales Co. Inc is located in Madison Heights, Michigan. Trepco West is located in San Diego, California. It has two distribution centers San Diego, Las Vegas, Nevada and one cash and carry warehouse in El Cajon, California.
