So much potential here. Quarterly financials are due in a few days.
NTEK market cap is well under $5 m and share price is crazy low. Yet NTEK has so much going on.
Ultraflix can stream more 4K movies than any other company in the world. Ultraflix app can do that using less bandwidth than any other provider.
Ultraflix gained more than 100,000 new users in the last quarter; I wonder how many more?
The promotions (like 99 movies for $99) generated all kinds of interest, many new subscribers and revenue. It will be very interesting to see how much revenue.
More movies coming plus sports coming. Waiting for updates on sports.
UF app is on many of the top brands in the electronics business, including Sony, Samsung, Vizio, Roku. Plus a relationship with Apple TV. These are some of the biggest companies in the world. That is the key fact that keeps me upbeat.
NTEK does not update us often enough for many people, yet things keep progressing. Most recently UF added a search bar.
Earnings averaging well over $2 million per quarter over the last few quarters and we know we had our biggest growth ever in the past quarter. So what will earnings for the most recent quarter be?
On the flip side, there are negatives, including:
1) A lot of dilution so we now have a large # of outstanding shares.
2) Debt; which exceeds revenue (although that is hardly unique to this company).
3) Share price.
Will be very interesting to see what news is announced and what the revenue is when the new financials arrive in the next few days (I believe official due date is Tuesday Feb 16, since Monday the 15th is a holiday).
I am looking forward with anticipation. Its certainly not all rosy and the share price is depressing, but news is coming and it just might be the start of a run for our share price.
