what the *key* is specific to what i've actually *noted*
$20 to $40 *WAS* the partially laddered cover price .. a few years ago

there is a process to that (UPLISTING) .. which *clearly* hasn't come to pass
btw .. that $20 to $40 pricing .. was noted *pre last 3 years of non stop *resets*
just a reminder CEs' *last orchestrated RUN* on PTOI was Jan 2013
that is 3 years and counting
based on *current* IO (and i'll even go to 200M IO with stock compensation
for future BoD and mgmt team in place)
that $20 to $40 >> partially laddered *cover* on PTOI (stock) can be doubled
imo company's stock will have to have a forward split for institutional demand
and that is with *competition* (perceived or real) that is actually *public*
