ATWEC Technologies Files Annual Report

Company Maintains "Current Information" Tier on OTC Markets
MEMPHIS, Tenn. , May 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (OTC Markets: ATWT), a US-based child safety company, today announced that it filed its 2011 annual report, exhibits, and attorney letter with the OTC Markets, thereby maintaining "Current Information" status for disclosure purposes.
The Company's Board of Directors signed off on the Company's financial and other disclosure reports for year-end 2011 after a meeting with consultants. The Company posted its highest total unit sales ever, exceeding $200,000 for the first time.
