There is no doubt they have Done a great Job... but when you're a leader you LEAD getting it right is important... But IMO things can Improve in many ways for Ntek not sure why they can't see it ...Too close to their issues can be a factor...looking at trees instead of the forest...we on the outside looking in sees more of a broad picture and they on the inside sees the details we can't however ntek needs to recognize that it's both equally important.
