Item 9.01(a) provides that the required financial information may be filed with the initial Form 8-K or by amendment to that 8-K not later than 71 calendar days after the due date for the initial Form 8-K (i.e., four business days after the occurrence of the event).

The event was the signing of the merger agreement Jan 29th. The 8k was due 4 business days after that so Feb 4th. Deadline is 71 days from 2/4 but like I said that is the standard extension. Just like they didn't take the full 4 business days to file the 8k they most likely will not take 71 days. They have been working on fins for awhile now. Could be anytime!
