I have always thought that "momentous" was tied to Brilacidin phase III so to see that CTIX is engaging the FDA to ensure the greatest likelihood of success Takes me back to speculating as to what "Momentous" really represented and wether or not its on deck for the start of Brilacidin phase III start?
Sure its late but it will make success more certain. You see, I think a potential partner said to Leo, "you sure are asking for a large amount of $$$... We can't make it happen without assured success for phase III". SO, by working with the FDA to fine tune things to the point that approval is assured upon meeting the outlined milestones Leo will have met his end of the deal for Brilacidin.
Yeah this is my .02 but I have faith in Brilacidin, CTIX and above all, Dr. Mennon and Leo.
Lastly, you have not heard Leo use such strong adjectives in over a year, and prior to that, "momentous" was not used at all. It was really supposed to be something special and I would say that a partner or license deal that generated revenue and provided validation would indeed be considered momentous by most.
