What I noticed in the $BRWC PR was that the people behind International Capital LLP (Intercap) http://www.intercapinc.com/#!about-us-2/c1qy5 are easily found and accredited.

Which means we can quash the hubbub about whether the 2 investors who gave $250K are legit or not. It is apparent that intercap is not going to tarnish their reputation and credentialing with the Bank of England(Founded in 1694).
