In other words, there were far too many people who were willing to accept the massive dilution, the missed deadlines, and the broken promises. They kept buying, and holding, and buying some more. And in the end, that gives the company no incentive to ever want to change their MO. Why should they? They had people who were almost cult like in their belief and who kept pouring money into the stock.
The ONLY possible way things could have changed was to stop buying the stock. To stop supporting them via your wallet. They NEEDED you guys. All of you. You don't need them. But without you people, they have no way to bring in money to support their company. I was always amazed that more people could not see this. NTEK is not a company with private financing, Silicon Valley money, and Wall Street behind it. It had you fine people. That's it. And Royal, whatever that is. Many of you, the larger shareholders, should have banded together and demanded answers. Probably after the shm meeting in August when the AS was raised soon after. That was the final straw for me. Would it have mattered? Maybe, maybe not. But it was better than sitting her watching the stock fall day after day and being perfectly willing to accept it.
Now? Who knows. With a stock price nearing quads and an OS nearing 2 Billion, this is looking more and more like the worst of the worst death spirals. Can anything turn it around? Probably audited financials showing real, legit gains in sales. Anything other than that and I fear for everyone.
