Hank, the problem that many people don't realize and one that DF commented on a couple of years ago is, because NTEK is a small company playing in an arena of 10,000 pound gorillas they need to be nimble and fast or get crushed and left behind. DF recognized this and tried to speed things along but as we know, unforeseen circumstances and missed opportunities have plagued NTEK.
So we are where we and it's basically up to management to get it right this time. If they continue to dilute as is or are considering an RS and then dilute on top of that, the shareholders value will continue to sink.
The bottom line is they need to be self sufficient AND relevant in a growing arena of 10K pound gorillas. If the Q isn't good and/or the news that accompanies it is fluff without substance, if they start getting side tracked with more smell-o-vision b.s., try packaging it up and selling it to us, I'll be more than just disappointed.
On the other hand, if the Q report shows revs in the 8-10mm range accompanied by substantive news and real plan to emerge from this pps malaise then I have real hope for a sustained rise in the pps.
We'll know, one way or the other, in just a matter of days.
