100's of thousand of families making there way were TKO'd. They didn't get a reset unless they let their homes and property be foreclosed on or went bankrupt. Credit out went from 6.9% to 33% in one cycle and it was 2 years before they fixed that. Yet while the banks were scooping up free money. 3/4 of those working families would have recovered had they let the banks fail. Instead they took the families down with them....That one is on Bush as he took poor advance from people that were looking out for their own interests and cronies.
Banks and there bad business, wiped out a generation in 2008 actually started with the signing of NAFTA.
