Nothing has changes; only improved!
I'm abbreviating the summary of events and happenings that Bill has tweeted. In just the past five weeks or so, we have had the following take place which all need updates:
12/30/15 - TPAC expects 2-3 significant acquisitions; partnership with a major Chinese aerospace firm; approved supplier to Boeing, Airbus, COMAC and Embraer.
12/31/15 - TPAC just signed marketing deal with an Australian company that'll market our products in Australia, SE Asia and Middle East... targeting aviation, aerospace, mining, naval and defense industries.... indeed a great opportunity!
1/5/16 - TPAC has just been approved as a Boeing supplier!
1/8/16 - Major meeting with Boeing
2/4/16 – Working on a presentation requested by Boeing re capacity & capabilities for BQMS & orders. Once done I will post it to the TPAC website… will have done by 2/12 to submit and possibly earlier.
1/11/16 - Next month we have significant assembly work... will post photos... we are not normal OTC.
1/20/16 In April TPAC will attend Aerospace and Defense Supplier Summit in Seattle.
1/25/16 - There's strong interest from three funds... TPAC will meet with them in February.
2/1/16 - I Banker is working on providing term sheet for financing
1/28/16 - We are now the first and only bearing supplier to a major international aerospace standards distributor. Our QA system was approved.
2/3/16 – Just got an invitation from Projen HQ to go to Dali City after Chinese New Year to discuss a partnership. Will go in late Feb or early March
2/4/16 - There’s another thing we are working on. If it materializes we could see revenue later this month. I’ll know more by ~2/22
Based on Bill's tweets, I expect his presentation to Boeing to be on the TPAC website by or before end of this week and we also have a 10-K filing due either Friday or a week from today...
