$COWI has struck another forbearance deal for 2.8 million. This time for a huge chunk of the existing convertible debt. In the last Q they owed YA almost 1 million dollars.

This clearly shows the company is going to work hard to stop conversions and pay down debt. Looks like they really are committed to improving shareholder value this year!
