There's really nothing to say when you are not responding to bs. Since there is none here it is quiet. People listen to the bs though. It's just a fact so sometimes you feel compelled to respond to clear things up.
Just waiting for filings IMO...and the email response from iTALK which I reminded them of again this morning. I will be surprised if I get a response. They are tough questions.
1. Is the merger closed? Some have commented that without the 2 years of audited financials from UMS it is not closed.
2. In reference to the 71 days to release financials on an amended 8k…is that 71 days from what date? Feb 2? Or from the first 8k that was filed in Sept 2015?
3. Do you have the audited financials from UMS? It appears you gave them their shares which according to the first 8k was not to be done until they gave you the audited financials for the SEC.
4. Why is the phone number for iTALK disconnected?
5. When will the Secretary of State be updated with the new share structure and will that be reflected in the Nevada filing for iTALK or the Delaware filing for UMS?
6. What is the total authorized shares post merger?
