Someone else posted this, with a suggestion to listen to the instructions at the beginning so you can fast-forward past the first 10 minutes or so where they were just figuring out that Bill needed to mute while giving the initial rundown and then after, between questions/answers.... some bashers were on the call with sirens and all kinds of crap to make it difficult. But a very good call, with over an hour of questions/answers.
