I could argue I have real shares and that they have air shares. They can say the opposite. The fact is that there's no way to distinguish them. Only thing that matters are the totals. If SEC and FINRA were doing their job, we wouldn't have the problem of the "extra" shares.
Regarding liabilities, purchase of San Pedro mentions Milagros assumes all liabilities. So, I don't think Milagros is completely off the hook.
Hard to say who I'm more irritated with, the scammers, SEC-FINRA's apathy looking more and more as complicity each day, or CRGP's run-and-hide tactic.
Don't think we're going to get any of our money back just by waiting. We have to be a party and demand some answers and be able to access that "restricted" information.
